Appointment Policy

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to an emergency. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment.

Cancelled Appointments

Woodlake Podiatry, LLC requires 24-hour notice for cancelled appointments; otherwise it will be considered a missed appointment. We will overlook up to 1 missed appointments, after that any missed appointments will be subject to a $50 charge. This is not covered by your insurance and is due before your next appointment can be made. If you do not wish to make any further appointments, payment will be due in a timely manner or will be subject to collections.

Cancelled/Returned Checks

Any cancelled or returned checks will be subject to a $25 fine. This is required to be paid before any future appointments will be scheduled.

Nail Care Appointments

No nail care appointments will be available after 4:00 pm.
